The prices seen on this web site are current and correct. We do not charge Value Added Tax (VAT) as we are not VAT registered. The total price you will be charged will be displayed on your screen before you confirm the order. This will be shown in Pounds Sterling and this is the total price you will pay. When ordering by phone you will be advised the total price you will be charged. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
We have tried to ensure that the descriptions on this web site are correct and comply with consumer protection from unfair trading regulations 2008. However, should any customer believe that there is any misrepresentation whatsoever, we request they advise us so that the matter can be considered and if necessary amended on the web site.


Once your order is placed and accepted the contract is governed by English Law.


Payment may be made by cheque, postal order or banker’s draft; Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Solo via Paypal. Cheques must be made payable to Classic Auto Promotions. Please note, when payment is made by cheque no goods will be despatched until payment is cleared. Payment may also be made via BACS direct bank transfer to the following account:

Purchases will be made in Pounds Sterling. For overseas orders the exchange rates are determined by the banks or credit card providers which may make an additional processing charge for which you will be liable. You may have to pay import duty or other customs fees on entry to your country.


If more than 50% of the order is in stock it will be despatched within 48 hours, outstanding items will be despatched as soon as they come in to stock. If there are any problems in supplying the items ordered you will be notified straight away. You may contact us at any time regarding delivery and we will advise our best estimated delivery date for the outstanding items on your order. We will not be liable for loss or damage through any delay in delivery. Some of our products may not be available for delivery outside the UK due to regulatory restrictions, or for practical reasons may have to be sent under special shipping arrangements at additional cost, if this is the case you will be notified straight away.


This paragraph applies to goods that have not been used and ordered by a private customer other than a business. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a statutory right to cancel your order, apart from non stock items ordered specifically for you or personalised for you, made to measure for you or containers of liquids, CDs and DVDs which you have unsealed. Under the Regulations you may cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods. You must advise us of the cancellation by letter, fax or e-mail giving your name and address, account number and order reference number; you will then receive a full refund within 30 days. We ask that the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt, the packaging may be opened but the goods should not be used and must be in resaleable condition. All returned goods must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice. We do not refund your cost of returning the goods to us unless they are incorrect or faulty or as otherwise specified by the Distance Selling Regulations.


It is the responsibility of the person placing an order to make sure of the size they require. We publish sizes that are recognised as being reasonably accurate to UK standards and some country's may differ. Please be aware that we cannot replace clothing made for a special event with event specific designs applied, after the event and neither can we refund garments because they are made to order only. Items held on stock will be replaced but we reserve the right to use our discretion when refunding or resupplying. The customer will pay for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. We will then send the replacement garment at our expense.


We check all of our products carefully before despatch. On occasion manufacturing faults can occur. If any of our products are found to be of faulty manufacture, they may be returned to us with the original invoice, and a covering letter explaining the problem. On receipt of the returned goods, we will, at our discretion, replace the item(s). We do not refund your cost of returning the goods to us.


Save for liability which would be unlawful to exclude, our obligation to refund the purchase price or replace the product shall constitute the full extent of our liability in respect of any loss or damage sustained by the customer whether caused by a breach of contract or by misrepresentation.


All images and designs are owned exclusively by Classic Auto Promotions and are subject to strict copyright and where applicable, are used by kind permission of the photographer, designer or supplier. It is strictly forbidden to copy or use in any way any of the information and designs owned and shown on this web site past or present.

Any unauthorised breach of copyright will be prosecuted vigorously. Under some circumstances some images may be Licensed.
